I approach anxiety and stress from a multipronged approach. I will administer some basic anxiety assessments at the beginning and throughout treatment to track improvement. First, we use psychotherapy to uncover your strengths and weaknesses and begin to improve your strengths. Secondly, we will work with relaxation techniques designed to assist you in controlling your anxiety. Thirdly, EMDR is a great tool to assist the client reprocess the stressful events into a more healthy way to cope the stress and anxiety. And, Finally, we will use some Cognitive-behavioral therapy to develop and improve coping skills.
